These delicious peeled brown shrimp are packed with flavour–perfect for enjoying on their own or as an accompaniment to your meal. If you’re shallow frying fish, adding some peeled shrimp will add a new dimension to the flavours. Shrimp also make a great stuffing for wholefish such as trout or seabass and, of course, you can make traditional potted shrimp!

Serving Suggestion

Pan-fry a handful of peeled brown shrimp with your choice of fish fillet. Serve with a generous squeeze of lemon juice.
