Barramundi is delicious white-fleshed fish that is particularly popular in Australia and Thailand. The flaky flesh is a great basis for fragrant flowers and spices, including chilli and lemongrass. Our fresh barramundi fillets each weigh approximately 200g and come boneless, with the skin in place, ready for cooking.
