Gratin of oysters with Parmesan

Just because there's more than one doesn't mean we're sharing... but seriously, how delicious do these Gratin oysters with parmesan look!

Ingredients

36 Fresh oysters, cleaned and shucked (feeds 6)
1 carton thick creme fraiche
Shallot and garlic, finely chopped
20cl white wine
Grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Open the oysters and discard excess liquid. Arrange the oysters on a tray.
Step 3
On each oyster place some garlic, shallot, a little white wine and a tsp on creme fraiche. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan.
Step 4
Put the oysters in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Pop the oysters under a grill and leave to golden for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Tuck in, enjoy
