White Sauce Mix

This white sauce mix will save you time and taste delicious, making it easier to experiment with fish dishes. Simply add milk and heat through for a rich, creamy white sauce that will serve four people. Serve our white sauce over lobster or the baked fish of your choice – we recommend smoked haddock!

Ingredients: Maize Starch, Fortified Wheat flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Maltodextrin, Skimmed Milk Powder,  Onion Powder, Salt, Palm Oil, Beef Fat, Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Natural Flavourings (contain Celery), Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Soya Flour
