Luxury Lobster Soup

This luxurious French lobster soup is made with lobster meat, shellfish, langoustines and sea fish. These are blended with a base of vegetables, herbs, spices, brandy and fine French cognac. Once heated, our lobster soup can be served simply or enhanced with a swirl of cream, a sprinkling of garlic croutons and a grating of strong cheese.
