Smoked Mackerel

Smoked mackerel is absolutely delicious, whether you enjoy it on its own or use it as an ingredient for a main meal. The rich, oily flesh of mackerel is enhanced by a hot smoking process, which leaves the fish a deep colour with an intense flavour. Our 80g smoked mackerel fillets come with their skin on and pin bones in, but the smoked flesh will flake away with ease.

Serving Suggestion

Blend smoked mackerel with cream cheese and a touch of lemon juice for a fresh pâté.
