Fresh Plaice Fillet

The taste of a plaice fillet is simple yet delicious and works with delicate flavours for a simple, balanced meal. The soft, sweet flesh of our plaice fillets lend themselves to a variety of cooking methods and flavours, but we suggest keeping it simple with some butter and lemon or fragrant herbs such as tarragon.
