Pepper Sauce Mix
This pepper sauce mix will save you time and taste delicious, making it easier to experiment with fish dishes. Simply combine the contents of the sachet with milk and water and heat through for a smooth pepper sauce with a mild heat. Try matching pepper sauce with squid, prawns and earthy fish.
Ingredients: Wheat flour; salt; maize starch; potato starch; vegetable oil; vegetables (tomato, onion); maltodextrin; sugar; plain caramel; pepper (3.2%); yeast extract; emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids); flavourings (contain celery; citric acid; garlic powder; colours (riboflavin, beta-carotene); parsley; soya flour; milk proteins.
