Frozen Skinless Haddock Fillets

The white flesh of our frozen haddock fillets is wonderfully firm and flaky. Haddock is a salt-water fish found in the cold northern seas and is similar to cod in flavour and texture. This versatile fish lends itself to a variety of cooking methods and a number of delicious recipes, including traditional fish and chips. Choose whether you would like your 170g fillet skinless or skin on with the pin bone in–it’s completely up to you!
