Frozen Plaice Fillets

The taste of a plaice fillet is simple yet delicious and works with delicate flavours for a simple, balanced meal. The soft, sweet flesh of our frozen plaice fillets lend themselves to a variety of cooking methods and flavours, but we suggest keeping it simple with some butter and lemon or fragrant herbs such as tarragon. Our 170g frozen plaice fillets come with their skin on and the pin bone left in. Defrost or cook from frozen.
