Frozen Plaice Fillets

The soft, sweet flesh of our frozen plaice fillets lend themselves to a variety of cooking methods and flavours, but we suggest keeping it simple with some butter and lemon or fragrant herbs such as tarragon. Our 170g frozen plaice fillets come with their skin on and the pin bone left in. Defrost or cook from frozen.
