Frozen Lobster

Our Canadian frozen lobsters are caught in the icy waters of the North West Atlantic. They are cooked and frozen in seawater, so they are as fresh as when they were first landed.

Their taste is delicate and sweet and being pre-cooked they are the ultimate convenient luxury seafood. They only require defrosting by placing them in the fridge overnight. Each lobster weighs 350g.
