Coley has, for a long time, been a rather underrated fish; but in recent years it has become increasingly popular with chefs and culinary enthusiasts looking for an alternative to traditional white fish favourites such as haddock and cod. Here at Dockside, we only sell sustainably fished coley, which comes highly recommended for its subtle flavour and versatility. Choose the size of your coley fillets and whether you would like your fillets skinless or skin on–either way it’s delicious!

Serving Suggestion
Wrap each coley fillet in bacon and roast in a hot oven. The bacon fat will keep the coley moist and provide a crispy, salty outer to the soft, flaky white fish.
