Cod has traditionally been the fish of choice for the classic British fish and chips, but the wonderfully delicate flesh lends itself to so much more. The succulent, flaky white flesh of our cod is mild in flavour, making it a versatile choice for a variety of recipes and cooking methods. Choose the size of your cod fillets and whether you would like your fillets skinless or skin on.
