Frozen Mussels

Mussels are a fantastic addition to seafood dishes and offer the wonderful flavour of the seaside. Our frozen mussels are cleaned and shelled before freezing, ready to eat or reheat. Serve them alone, as an accompaniment to other fish or to add flavour to other dishes. Mussels work wonderfully with a variety of flavours–from Mediterranean and Thai, to the rich and robust such as cream and garlic. Each portion is 454g in weight.
