Fresh Skate Wings

Skate wings are becoming increasingly popular for their fresh flavour and easy preparation. The long thin sections of juicy flesh sit each side of a single bone, which slides away easily once the skate wing has been cooked. Our skate wings come ready skinned and prepared for cooking. The fibrous texture and distinctive flavour of the skate wings make a great basis for classic or exotic flavour pairings, including Moroccan spices, fresh herbs and capers.
