Sustainably Sourced Rollmop Herrings

Our traditional pickled rollmop herrings are simply delicious! Each herring fillet is responsibly sourced and hand prepared by a small, dedicated team in Grantown-on-Spey in northern Scotland, on the banks of the River Spey and close to the main Scottish fishing harbours. Eat them rolled as a snack or unroll and enjoy the pickled herring with crusty bread and butter, either way you’ll love these classic rollmops! Our rollmop herrings are available in 1kg tubs.
