Mussels in Vinegar

Mussels are a fantastic addition to seafood dishes and offer the wonderful flavour of the seaside. Our pre-cooked fresh mussels are preserved in vinegar, ready to eat or reheat. Serve them alone, as an accompaniment to other fish or to add flavour to other dishes. Mussels work wonderfully with a variety of flavours- from Mediterranean and Thai, to the rich and robust such as cream and garlic. Our mussels in vinegar come in 200g net weight (90g drained weight) jars.

Ingredients: Mussels (Mytilus edulis) (Mollusc); water; spirit vinegar; sugar; salt; flavourings; acidity regulator (citric acid).
