Frozen Swordfish Portions
Swordfish is a firm, succulent and meaty fish with a texture that is often compared to Tuna. Our 170/230g frozen swordfish portions come skinless and boneless, ready to cook. Pan-frying or searing on a barbecue or griddle is an ideal way to prepare swordfish and we recommend using plenty of oil to keep the swordfish moist. The flavour of swordfish lends itself to bolder flavour pairings such as soy, sesame, chilli and garlic. Defrost or cook from frozen.

Serving Suggestion
Rub the swordfish portion with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and coat in sesame seeds. Chargrill each side for two minutes and then squeeze over the juice of half a lemon.
