Fresh Wholefish Trout

Trout is a beautiful fish with an earthy flavour and oily texture, similar to salmon. Our wholefish trout make a wonderful alternative to salmon, for those looking for a change. Each individual trout comes gutted and prepared for cooking. We leave the head on for flavour and decoration, but you may choose to remove this from the trout before cooking or serving.

Serving Suggestion
Stuff the trout cavity with lemon, garlic and herbs, make small incisions in the flesh on both sides; rub skin with olive oil and bake in the oven.
