Fresh Wholefish Seabass

Whether you’re entertaining or preparing a meal for a night in with the family, seabass is the whole fish of choice. We prepare the seabass right here in Fleetwood, descaling the fish and cleaning it out ready for cooking. The head is left on for flavour and decoration, for restaurant quality seabass at your dinner table. Our wholefish seabass come in a range of sizes, so you can prepare individual dishes or a larger wholefish seabass to share.
