Lemon sole is an incredibly delicate white fish that is a favourite amongst fish fans and a classic ingredient on restaurant menus up and down Britain. A whole lemon sole would make an ideal dish for when entertaining. A whole lemon sole is both visually impressive at over 650g and surprisingly easy to eat! Just lift away the pin bones to reveal delicate white fillets.

Serving Suggestion
