Fresh Wholefish Brill
Brill is a fantastic alternative to turbot, plaice and other flat fish. The white flesh is delicate with a hint of sweetness and works well with other simple flavours such as butter and fresh herbs. Our fresh wholefish brill come as the name suggests- whole; including skin and bones. Once roasted or oven baked, the flesh of your brill will lift easily from the comb of bones in neat fillets.
