Barramundi is a delicious white-fleshed fish that is particularly popular in Australia and Thailand. The flaky flesh is a great basis for fragrant flowers and spices, including chilli and lemongrass. Each frozen barramundi fillet weighs approximately 200g and comes boneless, with the skin in place. Barramundi portions can either be defrosted before preparation or cooked straight from frozen.
