Cockles in Vinegar


There’s nothing that offers a ‘taste of the sea’ quite like cockles! Our pre-cooked fresh cockles come pickled in vinegar, ready to eat or reheat. Serve them alone, as an accompaniment to other fish or to add flavour to other dishes. Add some cockles to seafood pies, soups, risottos, pasta dishes and paella for a tasty twist. Our cockles in vinegar come in 200g net weight (90g drained weight) jars.

Ingredients: Cockles (Cerastoderma edule) (Mollusc); water; spirit vinegar; sugar; salt; flavourings; acidity regulator (citric acid).
