Swordfish is a firm, succulent and meaty fish with a texture that is often compared to Tuna. Our Swordfish Supreme come skinless and boneless, ready to cook. Pan frying or searing on a barbecue or griddle is an ideal way to prepare fresh swordfish and we recommend using plenty of oil to keep the swordfish moist. The flavour of swordfish supreme lends itself to bolder flavour pairings such as soy, sesame, chilli and garlic.

Rub the swordfish loin supreme steak with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and coat in sesame seeds. Chargrill each side for two minutes and then squeeze over the juice of half a lemon.
