Luxury Fish Soup

This luxurious French fish soup is made with a variety of rock and deep sea fish, langoustine and lobster. These are blended with a base of vegetables, white wine, herbs and spices. Once heated our fish soup can be served simply or enhanced with a swirl of cream, a sprinkling of garlic croutons and a grating of strong cheese.

Ingredients: Water; various sea Fish and thread Fish (28%); vegetables (carrots, onions, leeks, celery); tomato concentrate; white wine; langoustine (Crustacean); modified tapioca starch; salt; lobster (Crustacean); parsley; garlic; Espelette pepper (0.1%); spice.
