This luxurious French fish soup is made with a variety of rock and deep sea fish, langoustine and lobster. These are blended with a base of vegetables, white wine, herbs and spices. Once heated our fish soup can be served simply or enhanced with a swirl of cream, a sprinkling of garlic croutons and a grating of strong cheese.
