Fresh Dill Sauce


The fragrant flavour of dill marries beautifully with the delicate base of this fresh sauce for fish. Dill sauce is the perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood such as salmon and prawns. This fresh dill sauce should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to use and then heated gently in a saucepan or a microwave.

Ingredients: Water; butter (milk) (colouring: beta-carotene); semi-skimmed milk; hollandaise base: (dairy (milk) derivative, modified starch, milk proteins, oleic sunflower oil, glucose syrup and milk proteins, salt, starch, flavouring, stabilizing (xanthan gum), egg yolk powder, wheat flour, herbs, spices); cream: (cream (milk), stabilizing: carrageenan); dill (1.2%); vodka; modified tapioca starch, lemon juice, anise.
