Frozen Haddock Fillets

The white flesh of our frozen haddock fillets is wonderfully firm and flaky. Haddock is a salt-water fish found in the cold northern seas and is similar to cod in flavour and texture. This versatile fish lends itself to a variety of cooking methods and a number of delicious recipes, including traditional fish and chips. Choose the size of your frozen haddock fillets and whether you would like the fillets skinless or skin on with the pin bone in–the choice is yours! Our delicious haddock fillets all weigh approximately 170g.
