Frozen Mahi Mahi Portion

Mahi mahi is caught in warm waters in tropical southern climates and frozen at source for the freshest flavour. Our 140g frozen mahi mahi fillets (also known as dorado or the common dolphinfish) are light pink in colour and turn cream upon cooking. The lean flesh is sweet and moist and lends itself to most cooking processes. Our mahi mahi portions come free from skin and bones, so you can prepare or cook then straight from the freezer!
