Frozen Smoked Haddock Fillet


Originally, fish such as haddock was smoked to preserve it. Although we no longer need to smoke fish for the same reasons, traditional smoke houses continue to thrive thanks to the flavour of smoked fish being so popular. Our yellow smoked haddock is prepared in Fleetwood by our sister company at the Oban Fish Selling Company, using traditional methods passed down through generation of Fleetwood smokers and fishmongers for an authentic flavour. The yellow smoked haddock fillets will arrive with the skin and pin bone intact to lock in the flavour, and each will weigh a minimum of 200g. Delicious!
