Frozen Swordfish Portions


Swordfish is a firm, succulent and meaty fish with a texture that is often compared to Tuna. Our 150g frozen swordfish portions come skinless and boneless, ready to cook. Pan-frying or searing on a barbecue or griddle is an ideal way to prepare swordfish and we recommend using plenty of oil to keep the swordfish moist. The flavour of swordfish lends itself to bolder flavour pairings such as soy, sesame, chilli and garlic. Defrost or cook from frozen.
