Fresh Yellow Smoked Cod

Originally, fish such as cod was smoked to preserve it. Although we no longer need to smoke fish for the same reasons, traditional smoke houses continue to thrive thanks to the flavour of smoked fish being so popular. Our yellow smoked cod is prepared in Fleetwood by our sister company, the Oban Fish Selling Company, using traditional methods for an authentic flavour. The yellow smoked cod fillets will arrive free from skin and bones, perfect for poaching.
