Turbot is a luscious tasting flat fish, similar to plaice and brill, with firm and succulent white flesh. Our fresh wholefish turbot come as the name suggests- whole; including skin and bones. Once roasted or oven baked, the flesh of your turbot will lift easily from the comb of bones in neat fillets. Choose your size of turbot to suit an individual serving or a dinner party centrepiece.

Create a crust of rock salt on the skin of your wholefish turbot and bake. The salt will keep your turbot moist and will be removed along with the skin before serving.
