Fresh Brill Fillet


Brill is a wonderful alternative to other flat fish such as turbot or plaice. The white flesh is delicate with a hint of sweetness and works well with other simple flavours such as butter and fresh herbs. Our fresh fillets of brill come with the skin on and pin bone in place, adding to the flavour and making it easier to pan fry the brill fillets and keep them intact.
