Frozen Turbot Fillet

Turbot is a luscious tasting flat fish, with firm and succulent white flesh. Turbot fillets are perfect for any method of cooking, from baking, roasting, poaching and steaming to frying and searing on the BBQ. Our fillets of turbot come with the skin on and pin bone in place, adding to the flavour and making it easier to pan fry the turbot fillets and keep them intact. Defrost in fridge before cooking.
