These beautiful crayfish are preserved in brine to retain their flavour and texture, which can sometimes be impaired through freezing. Drain the brine from these delicious shellfish and prepare as normal. We recommend combining crayfish with prawns for a posh seafood salad; searing with scallops; or creating a tasty sandwich with fresh brown buttered bread!
