Delivery Information

Next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after this time will be fulfilled the following day. Orders placed on Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) unless a Saturday delivery is selected.

Dockside Ltd currently only deliver to the UK mainland, and some areas in Scotland, Ireland, as we can't guarantee delivery within the 24-hour deadline.

UK working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays

All orders will be dispatched by overnight carrier packed in a polystyrene box, chilled and iced, and will reach you the following day. A pre-10.30am or pre-12pm delivery slot can be requested for an extra cost.

Orders are subject to availability. Early orders will take priority when products are limited.

Our minimum order value is £45, all orders (up to 20kg) will be subject to a £6.45 delivery charge. Orders over £75 will not be charged for delivery.

If you are not around to accept your parcel the courier may leave it with a neighbour or a safe place if you have requested this upon ordering.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive your delivery. Dockside will take no responsibility for missed deliveries or the consequences of a missed delivery.

All of our shipments of fresh fish and seafood have their own unique tracking number, so you can keep an eye on where your delivery is up to. This tracking number will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your order by DPD Overnight, with instructions.

Change or cancel an order

Unfortunately it is not normally possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If however you would like to cancel or change your order, please either call our customer services on 01253 770731 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or email us at info@docksideseafood.co.uk where we will try our best to help you.  Please quote your order number in all communications. 

In the event that your order has already been despatched, we will be unable to make any alterations to your order.

Faulty / damaged / incorrect items

We hope that you are pleased with our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will happily refund or replace the item. Please ensure that you notify our customer services team by calling us on 01253 770731 or emailing info@docksideseafood.co.uk within 30 minutes of receipt of the item and send us pictures showing the problem. Please quote your name, order number, address and reason for return, letting us know whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
