White Sauce Mix

This white sauce mix will save you time and taste delicious, making it easier to experiment with fish dishes. Simply add milk and heat through for a rich, creamy white sauce that will serve four people. Serve our white sauce over lobster or the baked fish of your choice- we recommend smoked haddock!

Ingredients: Maize starch; wheat flour; skimmed milk powder; onion powder; salt; maltodextrin; vegetable oil; emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids); yeast extract; garlic powder; flavourings (contain celery); soya flour.
