Bouillabaisse Soup

Our classic Bouillabaisse soup contains a traditional variety of seafood, including mussels, pollock and prawn. These wonderful delicacies are all bought together by a base of leeks, onion, tomatoes and cream. Thick, velvety and flavoursome, this Bouillabaisse soup is perfect as a main meal for one or a starter for two. Free from artificial colours and preservatives.

Ingredients: Water; Pollock (Fish) (9%); mussels (Mollusc) (6%); rapeseed oil; leeks; tomato paste; modified maize starch; sugar; shrimp (Crustacean) (1%); white wine vinegar; yeast extract; cream powder (milk); salt; glucose syrup; herbs skimmed milk powder; stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, sodium alginate); acidity regulator (citric acid).
