Our individual seabass fillets are ready prepared, so you can get to the good bit–cooking and eating! We leave the skin on to help keep the large flakes of the seabass flesh together during the cooking process, but we make sure that it’s descaled and free from bones so you have no prep to do. Pan-fried, roasted or poached, the delicate flavour of seabass will bring an element of luxury to any meal.
