Mediterranean Salmon Salad

So in the spirit of wishful thinking, we’ve prepared this awesome recipe for a cooling summer salad! Made with Dockside’s Frozen Skinless Atlantic Salmon Portions, this dish is as healthy as it is refreshing.

Devilled Roes

You may have heard of devilled eggs, but how about fiery devilled roes? Our Frozen Herring Melts are rich and creamy, and a perfect contrast to the delights of cayenne pepper. Just ensure you leave your melts enough time to fully defrost before you start!

Cullen Skink

Cullen Skink is a traditional Scottish smoked haddock soup that’s been perfected over hundreds of years. Although it originates in the town of Cullen, as the name suggests, we prefer to travel 100 miles south and use some fantastic Arbroath Smokies to add an intense flavour to this classic dish.

Spicy Potted Crab

A cool summer treat, this one, even if it is a bit of wishful thinking in the middle of April! Using 300g of our Frozen White Crab Meat, you can quite easily concoct this dish that’s brilliant for afternoon nibbles or a lunchtime treat. Just make sure you give yourself an hour’s preparation time while you wait for the potted crab to set.
