Smoked salmon and scrambled egg bagel
Ingredients
Smoked Salmon
2 eggs
Bagel (white / wholemeal / sesame)
1tsp butter
Splash of milk
Fresh Chives
Method
01. Toast the bagel until it is pale and golden in colour.
02. Meanwhile, add the butter and milk in to a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add the eggs and give a little stir.
03. Heat the eggs for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04. Stir the chives in to the eggs and spoon on to the bagel. Top with a twist of smoked salmon and season.
05. Tuck in, enjoy!
