Ginger and Lime grilled swordfish steaks
It's Good Friday ... Can we just skip to dinner?
Celebrating Easter with Family and Friends? Cook up a storm with these Grilled Ginger and Lime Swordfish steaks and watch them disappear.
Ingredients
Swordfish Steaks
3tbsp Soy Sauce
3tbsp honey
1tbs olive oil
1tbsp fresh grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Black pepper
Method
01. Place the swordfish in a shallow baking dish.
02. Combine the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and pour over fish. 03. Coat the fish evenly on both sides. Cover dish with clingfilm and place in the fridge for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
04. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or pop on the BBQ. Lightly oil the cooking grate.
05. Remove the swordfish from the marinade, making sure to keep the marinade.
06. Place the swordfish on the oiled grill and brush with the reserved marinade. Allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turn, and coat the other side with the marinade. Allow the fish to cook for a remaining 5 minutes.
07. Once fish is opaque in the centre, remove from heat and serve.
08. Tuck in and enjoy!
