Frozen Escargot


These delicious escargot come in packs of 12 and are cooked to a traditional French recipe, before being individually frozen. Each snail is first removed from its shell and cooked in garlic butter. The meat is then stuffed back into the shell and sealed with garlic and parsley butter, ready for reheating.
