Hollandaise Sauce


This classic hollandaise sauce is the perfect accompaniment for fish. The rich egg and butter base adds a luxurious finish to both oily fish, such as salmon, and white fish, such as haddock. This ambient hollandaise sauce can be stored in the cupboard until use, and once opened stored in a refrigerator.

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil; Water; white wine and spirit vinegar; pasteurised free range egg yolk powder; cornflour; lemon juice; salt; sugar; garlic powder; mustard powder; butter oil (milk); beta carotene.
