Fresh Cod Fillets (or other white flaky fish)

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp oregano

2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Salt and Pepper to season

1 ripe avocado - cut in to small chunks

1/4 white cabbage - sliced in to small strips

1/4 red cabbage - cut in to small strips

Fresh Coriander - chopped in to small pieces

Fresh chopped red chilli's (optional)



01. In a bowl, mix in all of the herbs and spices in a bowl and sprinkle over the fish, rub to evenly coat.

02. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and cook the fish for about 4 minutes either side until golden and firm.

03. Warm the tortilla's in a skillet pan.  Break up the cod in to pieces. 

04. Add the required amount of cod to each tortilla, topping with your chopped cabbage and avocado to finish.  If you like a bit of heat and would like a bit of fire adding to your taco, sprinkle with chopped chill's to finish.
